regarding the new album.... @_@ i thought he had finished the songs but left the recording, but now i guess i was wrong....... we still have to wait a long time probably :(
I thought he said the album was all ready for release last September or something...

remember a chinese saying: slow progress yields "small"/good work. i'm sure when it's actually released, we wont be disappointed.
i'm not worried that i'd be disappointed; i'm spoiled by the fact that his high standards means he can pump out a song a day and it would be amazing stuff. hahaha

actually i am not feeling any good for the bid... it's kind of charity thing but now it turns out those sellers are like earning money from the tickets. although they did purchase products from that shop i suppose, it is like: if we buy the tix from them, we are just paying the money for their products, if that's the case, why dont we do the "charity thing" ourselves? it's just my thought anyway.. still cool if u are going to see the gig, enjoy!!
In fact, if I want to do charity, I would prefer giving money directly to any charities.
As this kind of charity event, I have to buy Kiehl's white collection(which is their new product) by paying IT Visa card

The band continued to have problems finding a permanent drummer, but was exited to hook up with local drum legend Jun Kung for their debut album. Jun listened to a four-song demo the boys had recorded in a practice room and called them straight up to say he wanted to play with them. They met for the first time in January 2003, and then two days after that initial meeting, went into the recording studio.
“It says a lot about Jun’s talent that we could jam with him twice and then immediately go into the studio and record. His style, personality and interpretations of our songs were exactly what we were looking for. It was an awesome experience to play with him” says Andrew. Jun laid down seven tracks with the band and played a number of shows with them in support of the bands debut full-length album, From the towers of this city, I can still see all your promises (released on Far East Records, Sept 2003).

Hey everyone,
It's been a while, I know, we've all been getting back to life after THK.
It has come to our attention that The Heavenly Kings DVD has been released through China, obviously pirated. Whatever you do don't buy it!!! The original will be realeased in about a month, along with a very special, limited edition director's cut DVD. I heard that the China version has been re-edited so it is basically not the same movie. So whatever you do DON'T BUY IT!!! Anything you see on the internet right now is not thre real deal, so beware. We will notify you when the real disc is for sale.
Just came back from having a drink with the boys and Jun Kung. He is also part of the THK crew because he created the awesome soundtrack for the film. So we celebrated Terence's birthday at midnight while Jun banged out some really nice jazz on the drums. If you want to see someone who is passionate about their music you must see Jun play. He is giving a concert this weekend with Paul Wong. Some of the ALIVE family will be there to enjoy and support our brother.
I unfortunately but fortunately will not be able to see Jun because I am heading off for The Cannes film festival. I am pretty excited to go because I have never been to the souuth of France. I'll be promoting "The Banquet" there with the entire cast and director. Afterwards I will take some time off and head back to the States for some r and r with my family. I haven't had a break in a long time, so this is a well needed break.
In the meantime we've been working on the director's cut DVD. It will probably a dual disc set with a really cool photo book and special features that include: extensive making-of, deleted scenes, commentary, NG shots, deleted scenes and more. It depends how much we can get done before the deadline. We'll tell you when it's out.
Terence and Andrew have been working on a new series of T-shirts. We've got them with phrases from the movie and our brand new ALIVE logo.
Anyway, gotta get packing!

yeah in a Hardpack interview I heard Phat say they just started working on putting the DVD together. I really want to see it, but I think mostly due to Hardpack and Jun's participation... haha. Plus it sounds pretty funny. I guess this is the closest we'll get to a Jun album for now.

quite a good show, havent seen jun & paul for quite a long time... audiences are average.. jun played a couple of old songs like o係你o個度, 你著幾號鞋, 愛空間, 無地自容!! 2 "new songs", 如果 & another without name but has been played in those
pcc acoustic gig b4. but the sound quality is poor for jun set. jun was a bit nervous as he himself also admitted that.. eugene & ray fun were there!!!that makes me so excited!! esp i missed yesterday jazz gig... and jun played drum for paul set...taken some blurred photos, audio & video.. will upload them once i get a new card reader!!
re yesterday's kiehl's show, the 1st song namely 天做膽(tentative title), not sure if he'll amend it when he releases album later

I liked Jun's balance of rock and pop on Nowhere Man... Ginja Rock was still good but by heavier rock standards it was only ok. However, the previously mentioned is something unseen in that area of Asia.
